Profound School Change

Today, this school is different than the one I came to three years ago. Although we are not there yet, Sue Maguire has coached me through a significant transformation of this school. I am particularly proud of how trust is finding its way into the interactions amongst the teachers and with the administrators. I believe this is due, in part, to how being coached makes me transparent about my own learning and then inspires others to be learners as well.

Workplace Climate Improves
